Refund policy

We use a print-on-demand process, meaning every item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order. This allows us to keep costs low, quality high, and offer our products at the best possible prices without holding inventory.

Please note that since each product is custom-made to order, we do not issue refunds or replacements for reasons of buyer's remorse, including change of mind, change of preference, accidental orders, or ordering the wrong size.  

We only offer refunds or replacements for products which are faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.  Should you receive a wrong or faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Since refunds will not be issued for ordering the wrong size, please double-check size charts and product details before purchasing.

Please note that replacements are limited to the exact same item and size originally ordered.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please send us a picture of the item and fault to blueamericadesigns@gmail.com including your name, order number, and proof of purchase.

Refunds
If approved, you should be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
